So I bought a total of 5 plants, when I received the plants they were no taller than 3 inches tall each! I had just spent 60 + shipping and handling, and now had to wait years for what I thought I was going to get..when I contacted them, they wanted photos of the plants to justify their shipment, and once the arbourst saw the photos they emailed me back and said that they would not be able to refund my money!- so here I am Never to order again and to let you know how horrible it is to deal with them !- I thought that because of their name and reputation they would have a much better customer service policies, but No not to mention their people are horrible!
I wish I could review on their plants but I am still waiting to receive them weeks after my order and constant shipping delay notifications. I can, however, review their customer service and Pam, their customer service representative might do the company justice by receiving training. She is unprofessional, not helpful, arrogant and doesn’t seem to care about her company’s reputation. I have learned the lesson of ordering online from this company. Plants should be ordered for the next season bc they will not arrive in the current season. Bad customer service and zero effort in trying. Pam would work well representing Comcast or Cox Cable.
If you have ever watched a PW unboxing video on Youtube, you will be sadly disappointed in what you really get. Yesterday mine arrived with brown leaves, broken stems and branches, and dirt everywhere. Their customer service is a joke, scripted replies. Once they have your money, they are done. I wish Youtubers would quit promoting this brand.
I received my plants upside down in the box. I wrote to PW, sent them pictures of the upside down plants in the box with broken flower stems and leaves and they told me to plant my broken geraniums and send them pictures in two weeks I guess to see if the plants could recover from their negligence. At that time they will reevaluate the issue. They do no realize most importantly that they were negligent in packing my plants. I should not have had shipped to me that on arrival my plants had broken stems and most were not even in their pots. Even if they do decide after two weeks that the plants are good enough and will not refund my money for the 12 geraniums and $25 shipping cost, I no longer have confidence in the quality of their plants, the quality of their work and especially their customer service. Their indifference in this matter is unacceptable to me and I feel I have been taken advantage of. Instead of using their broken plants, I will go to my local grocery store for flowers. Sad!
DO NOT order from these people. They do not care about their customers or the plants. Once they have your money there is ZERO customer service nor a care about predicaments they put you in
Sort of a wash here. They offer great plant cultivars that you sometimes can’t find at garden centers and box stores but if you buy directly from them, they are ridiculously expensive for the tiny plants you receive. $20 for a quart-sized stick-of-a-shrub plus $20-40 in shipping charges.
